Abstract :

Introduction: Nutrition and health are closely interrelated, and the growth of children, their natural composition and the strength of adults depend to a large extent on what they eat, but some wrong nutrition and eating more than they need from poor food may cause several diseases, including obesity. First / definition of obesity: It is the accumulation of fat in the human body. Secondly, the causes of obesity: 1. Eating large quantities of food and at dinner, or a lot of fatty foods in this meal, and then sleeping directly, or delaying dinner until just before bedtime, or drinking large amounts of fluids before going to sleep 2. Eating simple food between meals, sitting in front of the TV, and eating 3. Unloading shipments of anger and depression in eating Third / The role of the social worker with obese patients are as follows: 1. Follow the doctor's instructions and explain what helps him 2. Helping the patient with the current situation and living with it 3. The family of the sick patient with proper eating 4. Guidance, awareness and health seminars to change bad eating habits

Biography :

Al Mutaiwe Abdullah has completed his Bachelor's degree in Sociology in 2004 in King Abdulaziz Uinversity KSA. He is the Assistant Director of Housing for Administration Assistant Director of FCM for Administration for 5 years (2011-2016) Asocial worker in Department of Social Service (2004- 2010).
