In the present scenario, the dentist population in our country has grown many folds and there are very less job opportunities. So the present day dentist has to rely on private practice which is definitely not an easy task, specially because of the mushrooming of ill equipped and low level dental colleges where education is being imparted to students only for the sake of money. The result is that the new crowd which is coming out is definitely not trained and in this competitive era, it’s difficult for them to survive in managing their private practice. This lecture will cover almost all fields of private practice and help a clinician to improve his skills both as a clinician and also as a private practioner and help him grow his practice, both in terms of quality and quantity. This lecture will touch almost all branches of dentistry and also help to improve the patient inflow and overall popularity and income of a dentist. We shall be discussing even small points like staff salary & leave management and their retention.
