Nasr-Eldin M. Aref

Biography

Professor Nasr-Eldin M. Aref has received his PhD in Michigan State University during the period of 2003-2008. Currently, he is working as Associate Professor in Assiut University. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities as Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Assiut University. His research focused on construction of highly immunogenic heat-stable enterotoxin (STa) of enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC) strains. Based on this research, a patent out of his Ph.D. work has been issued in USA. He is serving as an editorial member of several reputed journals like Vaccines and Vaccination, OMICS Group Incorporation, USA & expert Reviewers for journals like: Toxins, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Scandinavian Journal of Infectious Diseases. He has authored several articles published in International and local journals. He is a member of Egyptian society for cattle diseases and American Association of Bovine Practitioners.
