A carbuncle is severe red boils that appears in cluster that occurs as a result of bacterial infections. They usually have one or a lot of openings debilitating pus onto the skin. The infections are caused by Cocci aureus, Streptococci pyogenes. The disease is considered as contagious and can spread from one person to other.
