Virtually no anatomic cause of newborn respiratory distress requires emergent surgery. A period of resuscitation and investigation is almost always mandated and usually reveals the nature of the defect. To reveal all of its aspect, researches related to Clinical Pediatric Surgery must get focus and emphasis.
