Lupus Anticoagulant

It is an immunoglobulin which binds on phospholipids and proteins related with the cell membrane. Lupus anticoagulant is a misnomer, which is actually a prothrombotic agent. Lupus anticoagulant antibodies in living systems will result in an increase in inappropriate blood clotting with an individual.
