Nutrition management in Pregnanacy

Although it is clear that prenatal nutrition impacts short- and long-term health, many scientific questions remain unanswered due to the many challenges to performing high-quality scientific research in pregnancy. Good nutrition during pregnancy, and enough of it, is very important for the baby to grow and develop. One should consume about 300 more calories per day than did before the stage of pregnancy. Even though nausea and vomiting during the first few months of pregnancy can make this difficult, try to eat a well-balanced diet and take prenatal vitamins for expecting a healthy baby.
