Occupational Toxicology

Occupational Toxicology deals with the toxicity of chemicals found in work place. Eg. Industrial workers may be exposed to these agents during the synthesis, manufacturing or packaging of substances.

Occupational toxicologists may also define and carry out programs for the surveillance of exposed workers and the environment in which they work.
