Pharyngitis

Pharyngitis is known as the inflammation in the pharynx region of the throat. It is the most common cause of sore throat. Pharyngitis can either be chronic or acute and can result in very large tonsils that can restrict breathing. Pharyngitis can also be accompanied by a systemic infection.
