Testicular Cancer

Testicular cancer occurs in the testes; located in the scrotal region. A painful or painless lump in the testes, mild aches in the lower abdomen, breast enlargement and haemoptysis are the common symptoms seen in persons with testicular cancer. Germ cell tumours, sex cord tumours, are the classification of testicular cancer.
