About the Journal

This Longdom Publishing open access and peer reviewed journal includes a broad field in its discipline to create a platform for the authors to make their valuable contributions towards the journal and the peer review process promises the publishing of quality and reliable manuscripts for the readers and authors of scholarly, academic and scientific field.

The Journal of Theoretical and Computational Science promotes excellence in both experimental and computational science, tackling complex scientific challenges. As an open-access platform, it invites researchers from various fields to share their insights, ideas, and findings. The journal covers a broad spectrum of topics, including molecular modeling, simulations, mechanics, computer-aided molecular design, drug protocols, rational drug design, cheminformatics, bioinformatics, biological mechanism modeling, SAR and QSAR studies, ADME modeling, quantum mechanics, and statistical analyses in genomics and proteomics. Through these contributions, the journal aims to advance scientific knowledge and improve human therapeutics.

Computational Science can be viewed as the intersection of:

  • Computing and networking hardware
  • Algorithms, Numerical Analysis, and Mathematics
  • Software, Programming, and Databases
  • Data Science
  • High-Performance Computing (HPC)
  • Mathematics
  • Computer Science, Data Analysis, Visualization

This open access and peer reviewed journal includes a wide range of field in its discipline to create a platform for the authors to make their valuable contributions towards the journal and the peer review process promises the publishing of quality and consistent manuscripts for the readers and authors of scholarly, academic and scientific field.

Theoretical and Computational Science Journal is at higher echelons that enhance the intelligence and information dissemination on topics closely related to Theoretical and Computational Science. It provide an unique forum dedicated to scientists to express their research articles, review articles, case reports and short communications on an array of Theoretical and Computational Science research. The Theoretical and Computational Science Peer Reviewed Journal proficiently supported by universally prominent Editorial Board members. Theoretical and Computational Science journals impact factors is mainly calculated based on the number of articles that undergo a double blind peer review process by competent Editorial Board so as to ensure excellence, essence of the work and number of citations received for the same published articles. Abstracts and full texts of all articles published by Theoretical and Computational Science Open Access Journals are accessible at liberty with no subscription charges to anyone immediately after publication.

The journal follows Editorial tracking System for quality in online submission, review and tracking process. The Editorial team of eminent scientists from the field of theoretical and computational science or outside experts ensures the selection of quality manuscripts and at least two independent reviewers approval followed by editor approval is required for acceptance of any citable manuscript. Authors may submit manuscripts and track their progress through the system, hopefully to publication. Reviewers can download manuscripts and submit their opinions to the editor. Editors can manage the whole submission/review/revise/publish process.

Fast Editorial Review Process

Journal of Theoretical & Computational Science is participating in the Fast Editorial Execution and Review Process (FEE-Review Process) with an additional prepayment of $99 apart from the regular article processing fee. Fast Editorial Execution and Review Process is a special service for the article that enables it to get a faster response in the pre-review stage from the handling editor as well as a review from the reviewer. An author can get a faster response of pre-review maximum in 3 days since submission, and a review process by the reviewer maximum in 5 days, followed by revision/publication in 2 days. If the article gets notified for revision by the handling editor, then it will take another 5 days for external review by the previous reviewer or alternative reviewer.

Acceptance of manuscripts is driven entirely by handling editorial team considerations and independent peer-review, ensuring the highest standards are maintained no matter the route to regular peer-reviewed publication or a fast editorial review process. The handling editor and the article contributor are responsible for adhering to scientific standards. The article FEE-Review process of $99 will not be refunded even if the article is rejected or withdrawn for publication.

The corresponding author or institution/organization is responsible for making the manuscript FEE-Review Process payment. The additional FEE-Review Process payment covers the fast review processing and quick editorial decisions, and regular article publication covers the preparation in various formats for online publication, securing full-text inclusion in a number of permanent archives like HTML, XML, and PDF, and feeding to different indexing agencies.
