Biography
Dr. Dayanidhi Raman received his veterinary medicine degree – B.V.Sc., (equivalent to D.V.M.) from Madras Veterinary College. Subsequently, he obtained his doctorate in Biochemistry from Kansas State University. Following his post-doctoral work at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, North Carolina, he currently works as a Research Assistant Professor in Cancer Biology department at Vanderbilt University.
Research Interest
Role of chemokine receptors in cell migration and tumor metastasis.
Role of epigenetics in breast cancer.
Role of Adaptor proteins that form the chemosynapse with chemokine GPCRs including LASP-1 and AP-2.
