Tongtis Tongyai

Biography

Dr Tongtis Tongyai completed a bachelor’s degree in science and his MD at Chulalongkorn University, and qualified as a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 1983. After 5 years as an Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Ramathibodi Hospital, Dr Tongyai established the blastocyst culture programme of the Blastocyst Center in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of Praram 9 Hospital in 1998. He started his new center at Perfect Women Institute and is currently the Director of the Institute. This new centre expands its services to Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis by Blastocyst Biopsy and First Trimester Genetic Diagnosis. His centre is one of Thailand’s finest assisted reproduction clinics and has been involved in the training of many in vitro fertilisation teams from Thailand and abroad.
