Dr. Yu Sun started his carrier as a research assistant in Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1999. Dr. Yu Sun completed his Postdoctoral fellow from University of British Columbia and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in the year 2006 and 2011 respectively. Dr. Yu Sun appointed as staff scientist in Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center from 2012. Dr. Yu Sun is appointed as Assistant professor for University of Washington in 2014. At present he is working as professor in Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has been awarded 11 prestigious awards from his academic carrier. He has almost 21 publications in different journals. He has given 31 abstracts and presentations. He has a patent on a topic “Treatment induced damage to the tumor microenvironment promotes cancer therapy resistance through extracellular proteins”.
