Dr. Zhiyi Zuo is Robert M. Epstein Professor, Professor of Anesthesiology, Neuroscience and Neurosurgery, University of Virginia, USA. He has been an associate editor of Anesthesiology and Academic editor of Plos One. He is a reviewer for more than 25 English journals. Dr. Zuo was the recipient of Presidential Scholar Award from the American Society of Anesthesiologists in 2005 and the Frontiers in Anesthesia Research Award from the International Anesthesia Research Society in 2007. He is a practicing neuroanesthesiologist in the University of Virginia Hospital.
