Cutaneous tuberculosis study case

15 year old Female Sweda Syria with chronic ulcers with facial erythma and upper lip enlargement. A well demarcated, slightly elevated infiltrated plaque with scarring in the center. The case has increased until total tissues loss (Pick Nose), Oral, Nasal mucosae are involved small, soft gray, ulcers, pink papules bleed easily. Pressure with a glass slide shows small yellowish-brown spots. The diagnosed was cutaneous Leishmaniasis test. The patient had been treated with glucantim for one year no improvement has been occurred. The patient had been treated with anti-tuberculosis drugs. Biopsy and plastic surgery has done.
