Scorpions are known as the most widespread poisonous arthropods that cause casualties and death to Human. The current study is a complementary contribution to the comprehensive identification of the scorpion envenomation in Ramshir. Extracted data from sheets were included in SPSS 16. Those data include age, sex, location, color of scorpion, site of body which bitted by scorpion and date. All evnenomated cases were obtained 1502 in five years which 50.4% was male and 49.6% female. Prevalence of biting was high from June to October in every year. The most of envenomation was occurred in age group 15-24 years old in rural areas (58.4%). 45.3% of biting was on their legs, 43.4% oh hand and the remaining was on the body of victims. 52.3% of them said the color of scorpion was yellow. Fortunately, all cases cured after injection of anti-venom. It can be concluded that these data will be helpful to design control program against envenomation by scorpions in study area
