Corliss A O’ Bryan research focuses on natural antimicrobial compounds for red meat and poultry, postharvest pathogen control in food animals, genetics and physiology of foodborne pathogens postharvest, and foodborne pathogen interventions and multiple hurdle development in postharvest food production systems.
