James A Mobley

Biography

Dr. Mobley directs the MSP-SF. He provides consultation on new projects to help guide each experimental design, while also explaining the results following data analysis and interpretation. He also ensures that the shared facility provides cutting edge mass spectrometry and proteomics support for pilot and extramurally supported projects for Cancer Center members. Through close consultation with the MS/ Proteomics oversight committee, he manages the utilization of space, instrumentation, and expertise to meet the current needs of the facility, while also keeping up with technological advances necessary for future needs. He interacts with all facility personnel on a daily bases to ensure optimal facility operations, and consistent production of the highest-quality data, services, and analyses
